We who endorse Mahama do not think he should withdraw---Kumbungu MP

As calls mount for the former President John Dramani Mahama to withdraw from the flagbearership race of the opposition National Democratic Congress ahead of Presidential and Parliamentary elections in 2020, Member of Parliament for Kumbungu, Ras Mubarak pointed out that the ninety-seven MPs who endorsed him do not think so, “those making that call have their opinion and they are entitle to it”.

He added that the John Mahama brand is the best option for NDC in the upcoming Presidential election, election 2020.

“John Mahama is the best person to defeat this substandard government that we are seeing today, you buy goods from the market and you know how the cost of leaving is today”.

In an interview the Kumbungu legislator denied assertion that the ninety-seven MPs were pressured to endorse the candidature of John Mahama otherwise they would lose their primaries.

We would compare how worse off teachers, journalists and nurses are today, for the first time today a multimedia journalist has complained for the first time, I am talking of Afia Poku it is all over social media that for the first time she is experiencing salary delay.
