Kpandai MP donates ambulance to Kitare clinic

Health delivery within the Kpandai district has been given a boost as the Member of Parliament for the Kpandai constituency, Matthew Nyindam has delivered a brand new ambulance vehicle to the Kpandai Health Directorate meant for operations at the Kitare clinic, a suburb of the district.
This was powered with the MP’s share of the National Health Insurance(NHIS) fund which is a statutory fund available to Members of Parliament for the implementation of special health projects.
A total amount of GHS 35,000 was expended under this move to secure the ambulance for the clinic, as he yearns to make health service delivery very accessible to his constituents.
Highlighting this in an interview with, the MP noted the facility has also come to support maternal health in the area, indicating that there is no better means of transport that will assist in case of any emergency in the area.
The MP earlier before undertaking this move had also played a major role in lobbying for an ambulance for the Kpandai poly clinic, which has already been handed over to authorities and is currently operating in the district.
He stressed that quality health delivery matters in pushing the wellbeing of the people and will not relent as an MP to invest in the health sector.
